Inclusive Living International (ILI), through Mobashil Group S.A., is committed to ensuring digital accessibility of ilsreport.com for all people, including people with disabilities. Because our mission is accessibility in the built environment, we hold our digital surface to the same standard.
Conformance target
This website is designed targeting Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. An independent third-party audit is scheduled. Until that audit is completed and published, this statement reflects measures implemented in good faith, not yet certified conformance.
Measures implemented
- Color contrast: primary text/background pairs target the WCAG 2.1 AA ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text). Edge-case decorative pairs are under review.
- Keyboard navigation: all interactive content is reachable by keyboard. A visible focus ring (gold outline) appears on every interactive element.
- Skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
- Connected labels: every form input is associated to its label via
for/id. - ARIA states: the mobile menu button reports its open/closed state via
aria-expanded; status messages use aria-live. - Pause control: the case carousel can be paused manually (WCAG 2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide). It also respects
prefers-reduced-motion. - Touch targets: interactive elements aim for a minimum of 44×44 CSS pixels.
- Text size: base body text is 17 px; tap targets and form fields meet a minimum of 48 px height.
- Decorative imagery: seals and brand marks rendered as background images carry
role="presentation" so they are ignored by assistive technology.

Known limitations
- PDF reports delivered may not yet meet all document accessibility requirements. Alternative formats are available on request.
- Third-party payment forms (Stripe) follow their provider’s accessibility roadmap, not ours.
