Who We Are

We've been walking into homes and seeing what fails when life changes for 20 years.

Our founder built and sold Nagish, the first company that evaluated homes to work at every stage of life, long before anyone used the term “inclusive living”. Decades of real work across Israel, Latin America and Europe. Thousands of homes. Thousands of families. We don’t modify architecture. We validate it.

Marcelo Roisman

Founder & CEO · Inclusive Living International

Families who regained their independence inside their own homes. Plans that were changed before signing. Buyers who chose a different property in time because the one they wanted wouldn’t work in 15 years. Homes that stopped being a prison for the people living in them.

That experience is the foundation of what we do today. It wasn’t born from a book. It was born from walking into thousands of homes and seeing what works and what fails. The ILS Standard is not a new certification: it is the direct evolutionary successor to the methodology field-tested over two decades within Nagish, where it operated under that brand before becoming a globally transferable standard.

Founder & CEO

Founded and sold Nagish (exit 2019), Israel’s first holistic residential accessibility firm, managing the full lifecycle from diagnosis, design and construction to equipment installation across thousands of homes and facilities. Appointed as official technical expert for courts and insurance companies in accident and illness compensation cases. Consultant for the Israeli edition of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Co-founder of the first Institute for Cognitive Accessibility in partnership with an Israeli university. Advisor to multiple government ministries.

Technical framework

Proprietary methodology referenced in ADA, ISO 21542:2021, and ANSI A117.1, plus the ILS Standard’s own technical body.

Assisted methodology

Proprietary system combining AI with human technical supervision. AI accelerates analysis. Experience validates it.

Field-tested legacy

The ILS Standard is not a new creation. It is the direct evolutionary successor to the methodology developed and field-tested across thousands of real projects within Nagish over two decades. Not theory. Field experience converted into a transferable global standard.

Book signing

Your home has to work today, in 15 years, and in 30.

Before signing the contract. Before the first slab. Before paying the contractor. When changes cost a tenth of what they will cost later. No contracts, no meetings, no commitment. Refund only if the analysis returns no actionable findings or if a verified system error invalidates the report, not for change of mind once delivered.
