These terms govern the purchase of ILS informative analyses offered at ilsreport.com. The seller is Mobashil Group S.A., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama, operating under the Inclusive Living International (ILI) brand. The purchaser is the individual or entity completing the payment (the “Client”).
By completing payment, the Client declares having read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety.
Products (“ILS Home Verdict” and “ILS Professional Build”) are voluntary informative analyses based on the ILS Standard. They do not constitute engineering projects, architectural projects, binding legal consultancy, or official certification.
Analyses are generated through a proprietary system combining artificial intelligence with ILS Standard methodology. Each deliverable goes through human review. ILI does not guarantee absolute accuracy of measurements.
The ILS Standard is a voluntary international certification. Compliance does not guarantee compliance with local accessibility regulations or building codes. Responsibility for adapting plans to applicable law rests with the architect of record and property owner.
Online products do not constitute official ILS certification, do not transfer mark rights, and do not authorize the Client to market any project as “ILS Certified”.
Each analysis covers one single residential unit. If the Client uploads documentation for two or more units, ILI will process only one.
Payment is processed through a third-party processor. Prices are in USD. Delivery timeframe begins from complete receipt of documentation, not from payment.
A full refund is granted in two cases: (a) the report contains no actionable findings under the ILS Standard, requestable within 7 days of delivery; or (b) a verified technical error of our system invalidates the report, requestable within 14 days of delivery.
The report is meant to be shared with your architect, contractor, real estate agent or family. Sharing it for those purposes does not waive your right to a refund under section 5.1.
No refund is issued for change of mind, change of project, disagreement with the conclusions, preference for a second opinion, or after the Client has used the report’s findings to negotiate, modify or close a binding commercial transaction (e.g. signed purchase contract or signed construction addendum referencing the report). In all other cases section 5.1 applies.
It is prohibited to carry out structural modifications based solely on this document. No suggestion should be considered a “work order.” ILI is not responsible for decisions made without supervision of a licensed professional on site.
Inclusive Living Standard, ILS, ILSILI and Inclusive Living International are marks of Mobashil Group S.A. Purchase does not transfer any rights over these marks. The Client may not redistribute, resell, or publish the report without written authorization.
Mobashil Group S.A. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the report. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.
ILI collects only data necessary to process the order. Architectural plans are not shared with third parties. Plans and personal data are retained for the period required to deliver the service plus 24 months for support and dispute resolution. The Client may request deletion at any time by writing to contact@ilsreport.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Panama City.
By completing payment, the Client accepts these terms in their entirety, including the refund policy (section 5), AI-assisted service nature (section 2.2), and prohibition of direct execution (section 6).
